The choice of text
is entirely up to you.
All we ask is that you supply us with a correct, clear copy of your text(s) typed into a plain email (no attachments please).
You will receive free proofs of your insert(s) by post or email - emailed proofs will be PDF or JPEG format. We will not go to print until we have your written confirmation that the proof is correct.
